{"id":711,"date":"2026-06-14T21:45:02","date_gmt":"2026-06-14T21:45:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arcsquared.org\/?p=711"},"modified":"2026-06-16T11:41:39","modified_gmt":"2026-06-16T11:41:39","slug":"fox-hunt-held-by-arc2-and-wearc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arcsquared.org\/?p=711","title":{"rendered":"Fox Hunt held by ARC2 and WEARC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ARC Squared (ARC2) and WEARC radio clubs held a Fox Hunt today, June 14<sup>th<\/sup> at the Fairfield Red Cross facility,<\/p>\n<p>Jerry WB2GZL gave a short tutorial on how to use your HT in a Fox Hunt.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that finding the fox is better with a weaker signal by setting your radio off the frequency (about + or \u2013 5 kHz).
