ARC Squared

ARC squared, or ARC2, is an Amateur Radio Club that helps the American Red Cross with communications.

Membership in ARC2 is free and is open to anyone who is interested in assisting the Region with communications in time of emergency or disaster.

Our base station, NJ2RC is located in the Disaster Operations Center of the American Red Cross Northern New Jersey Regional chapter in Fairfield, NJ; and is manned during a disaster by ARC squared members who have amateur radio licenses.

ARC Squared offers Members a chance to use the Radio Room.

To become a member in Arc2:

Membership in ARC2 is free and is open to anyone who may be able to assist the American Red Cross with communications in time of emergency or disaster.

As a volunteer organization, we welcome all, whether or not you currently possess an amateur radio license.
If not, we will assist you in obtaining your license and give you hands on experience with our equipment.
